In regards to
"Sakay" is the word for saying "chilli pepper" in Malagasy, the language spoken in Madagascar. And that's exactly what our handmade preparations made from Habanero peppers, one of the strongest peppers in the world, contain.
Our Sakay productions are available in 3 colors, corresponding to 3 levels of intensity: green for the just right tingling level that takes you on a "Vacay", yellow for the hot level that invites you to play the game by pushing on "Play", red for the pro max level that makes you an emoji head while yelling "Mayday"!
Our sakays have personality: intense, colorful and warm.
Made from fresh and natural products, the Sakay sauces and purees are small brutes that contain no dyes, additives, artificial flavors or preservatives; which forces us to produce them in small quantities to preserve their natural freshness.
Mirana and Fabrice, the creators of Sakay, are committed to this handmade manufacturing method which also allows to preserve the health benefits, the power, the taste, and the exceptional aroma of habanero peppers.
Indeed, these two passionate about culinary experiences based on hot peppers, noticed that most of the spicy sauces available on the European market rarely met their expectations in terms of flavor and spiciness. They then decided to create their own recipe to meet the demands of thrill-seekers, gourmet, exotic food lovers and... daring people :-)
