  • Do Sakay products contain gluten?
No. None of our products contain gluten because our recipes are made from fresh fruits and vegetables, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • What is the difference between hot sauce and Sakay puree?
The chilli puree consists of raw habanero chillies mixed with a little ginger and lemon according to the recipe. It can be used pure as it is: a point on your meat on skewers for example, or mixed with your recipes, sauces, soups and other creations to obtain a more spicy taste. The hot sauce, on the other hand, is a little more liquid because it is a mixture of fresh habanero peppers, cooked with exotic top quality ingredients. We recommend using it as it is like you would use any other hot sauce. However, you can mix it in your recipes to reduce its power.
  • How long can I keep my Sakay?
Before opening, you can keep your Sakay at room temperature until the expiry date indicated on each jar or bottle. After opening, we advise you to keep your Sakay cool and consume it within 60 days.
  • Do you deliver outside of France?
Technically, yes. As taxes and shipping costs vary by country, we invite you to send us your wishes with your contact details by email and we will get back to you with a precise estimate of the costs and time to be expected.
  • Do you have a physical store?
No, not at the moment. But we have a cart full of peppers that will take a tasting tour on sunny days. Keep an eye on the hot news for locations and dates 😉
